Simpson Strong Tie trimmed head external timber screws are made of grade 304 (A2) stainless steel, it is most commonly used in areas subjected to use class 3.2 i.e. facades subjected to frequent periods of wetting.
We would always recommend selecting the appropriate stainless steel grade as a screw / nail material to avoid unsightly staining to your timber.
This product can be used with all of Russwood's timber cladding species and is available in sizes 41mm, 57mm, 76mm.
